Learn self defence basics

Feel more confident in when approached or confronted

Gain knowledge on how to handle situations whilst protecting yourself

The session will be held in the activity hall at Rockingham Centre. All lessons taught will be around real life situations and how to react. All knowledge has been gained from real word experiences encountered by the seminar’s instructors.

The seminar is open to all of 13 years and above. Under 16’s will require parental consent.
